Previous Game: The Golden Griffins went cross state to play in state rival Albany.  They lost 74-46.  After a 17 all tie in the first Albany pulled away with it's press opening up a 17 point lead at half.  Canisius also got out rebounded by a margin of 56-31, 25 rebound margin.  Canisius also shot very poorly, just 30%$ from the field.

Game Preview:  After a flat out shocker against Cleveland St. in which a 65 footer was sunk to lose the game, there is no chance, NONE, that Canisius will win this game.  After a loss like that, Cuse should be up and ready to play in this one.  This should look like the Colgate game.  With the big Memphis game coming up, losing this game is inexcusable.  Canisius is a flat out bad team, probably the worst team Cuse plays this season.  They can't shoot the three (24%), and they average 58 ppg.  Canisius is also very sloppy with the ball, one of the few teams that are actually worse than 'Cuse with TO's as they average 19 TO's a game.  Expect some in your face man to man defense to start the game, to get out to an early lead, force TO's and such.  This may be the game where Flynn gets a double-double, I think he is really going to be looking to feed more than score, as he usually does in games like these.  The matchup to watch in this one is Chris Gadley versus AO.  Gadley is Canisius' best player and is actually about the size of AO (6 foot 9 260 to 6 foot 9 275), that should be a good matchup for AO.  For local Cuse fans there is a local connection on Canisius, starting F Elton Frazier played for Corcoran High School a couple years ago.  Of course, the Devendorf Saga continues, with the official suspension coming anyday now.

My Predcition:  Finally' got one wrong last game, but who didn't?  This one is in the bag, Cuse wins 85-61.

Final Score: 82-60 Syracuse
